Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using urnextevent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on urnextevent.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Ticket Purchases

Purchase Terms

When you purchase tickets through our platform, you agree to the following:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Ticket prices are set by event organisers and may be subject to change
You must provide accurate payment information
You must provide your full name and a valid email address when purchasing tickets

Refund Policy

Refund policies are determined by individual event organisers. We will process refunds according to the organiser's policy and applicable laws. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued automatically.

Email Marketing & Communications

By purchasing a ticket on urnextevent.com, you consent to your name and email address being used by urnextevent.com for the purposes of email campaigns, event updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. Your personal information will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any other company, organisation, or individual not directly working for or associated with urnextevent.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Fees

Fees for ticket buyers

A flat service fee of £2.00 per ticket is applied to all ticket purchases made through urnextevent.com. This fee is added on top of the ticket price set by the event organiser and is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

The service fee covers the cost of operating the platform, including ticket delivery, QR code generation, and customer support. This fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Fees for event organisers

The per-ticket service fee described above is retained by urnextevent.com and is not paid to the organiser. In addition, payment processing fees (charged by our payment provider, Stripe, typically around 1.4% of the transaction plus a fixed fee per charge) are deducted from the organiser’s payout. The organiser receives the ticket price they set, minus the platform service fee, minus these payment processing fees. Organisers can see the breakdown of revenue (gross), their revenue after the platform fee, and the estimated amount they will receive in their dashboard and in payout communications.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account and password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring that your account information is kept up to date

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To collect or track the personal information of others
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

Event Organisers

If you are an event organiser using our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your events
Honor all tickets sold through our platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Process refunds according to your stated refund policy
Accept that payment processing fees (Stripe) are deducted from your payout and that you receive the amount after the platform service fee and after these processing costs

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of urnextevent.com and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, urnextevent.com excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms relating to our website and the use of this website. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall urnextevent.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on urnextevent.com, even if urnextevent.com or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless urnextevent.com and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
