Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on urnextevent.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Ticket purchases
Purchase terms
When you purchase tickets through our platform, you agree to the following:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated
- Ticket prices are set by event organisers and may be subject to change
- You must provide accurate payment information
- You must provide your full name and a valid email address when purchasing tickets
Refund policy
Refund policies are determined by individual event organisers. We will process refunds according to the organiser's policy and applicable laws. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued in full (ticket price plus the platform admin fee). Because the ticket price has already been paid to the organiser through Stripe Connect, the organiser funds the ticket portion of that refund from their Stripe account; the Platform returns the admin fee.
Email marketing & communications
By purchasing a ticket on urnextevent.com, you consent to your name and email address being used by urnextevent.com for the purposes of email campaigns, event updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. Your personal information will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any other company, organisation, or individual not directly working for or associated with urnextevent.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.
Fees
Fees for ticket buyers
A flat service fee from £2.00 per ticket is applied to all ticket purchases made through urnextevent.com — Essentials £2.00 or Pro £3.00 in the UK. This fee is added on top of the ticket price set by the event organiser and is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
The service fee covers the cost of operating the platform, including ticket delivery, QR code generation, and customer support. This fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Fees for event organisers
The per-ticket service fee described above is paid to urnextevent.com at checkout and is not paid to the organiser. The ticket price is paid into the organiser's connected Stripe account as soon as your payment succeeds. Stripe then pays that balance out to the organiser's bank on Stripe's usual schedule. Organisers can see sales and fee breakdowns in their dashboard.
User accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your account information is kept up to date
Prohibited uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To collect or track the personal information of others
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service
Event organisers
If you are an event organiser using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your events
- Honor all tickets sold through our platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process refunds according to your stated refund policy
- Accept that the ticket price is paid to your Stripe account as soon as the buyer pays, that the platform admin fee is paid to urnextevent.com, and that you fund refunds and chargebacks from money already paid to you
Intellectual property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of urnextevent.com and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, urnextevent.com excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms relating to our website and the use of this website. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall urnextevent.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on urnextevent.com, even if urnextevent.com or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless urnextevent.com and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
