Door staff open a check-in link on a phone browser and scan each ticket once. The code is then decommissioned, so a screenshot or forwarded copy cannot get in.

Every ticket has a unique QR. Once scanned at the door, it cannot be reused. Staff do not need specialist scanners — a normal phone browser is enough.
Prefer names at the door? Switch an event to guest-list mode. Confirmation emails show the buyer’s name instead of a code, and staff tick people off on the same phone flow.
Guest tickets and staff passes use different check-in links, so the band and crew never mix with the guest list. Pro plans add staff accounts and rehearsal registers.
