Featured updates

New

Sign up with Google

Organisers can create an account or log in with Google — no password to remember.

Self-serve organiser signup is live. Use Google, or email and password. Confirm your email, connect Stripe, and publish. Buyers still check out with a name and email — no account required.

New

Stripe Express for new organisers

Don’t have Stripe yet? Set one up from the dashboard. Bank payouts wait about 14 days from each sale.

Connect your own Stripe and ticket money is in your Stripe as soon as the guest pays — Stripe then pays your bank on its usual schedule. Set up Stripe with Express if you don’t have an account: money still hits your Stripe immediately, but payouts to your bank wait about 14 days from the purchase date. Existing connected Stripe accounts are unchanged.

New

Clear seller at checkout

Guests see the organiser as the seller, and the booking fee paid to UrNextEvent.

At checkout and on the ticket email, the ticket price is marked as paid to the organiser. The flat booking fee is marked as paid to UrNextEvent. Buyers acknowledge they are purchasing from the organiser; UrNextEvent is the booking agent.

New

Themed ticket emails

Pro organisers pick a palette so the QR email matches the night — Halloween, wedding, nightlife, and more.

On Event setup, Pro accounts choose Nightlife, Christmas, Wedding, Festival, Corporate, Halloween, Pride, or a custom colour. Each palette has its own banner; the QR stays black on white so it still scans. Essentials keeps the standard UrNextEvent look.

New

Event print

Order roller banners and flags with your tickets — UK only, from any organiser account.

Organisers can shop large-format print in the dashboard, upload artwork, and check out in GBP. We fulfil through trade print partners. Browse the public catalog at /print; ordering needs an organiser login.

New

Local events around the world

Spin the globe, tap a city, and see what’s on — London, Sydney, Tokyo, or Bridgetown.

The homepage globe lists every city with a live show. Choose a pin to filter featured events. Palmers Green nights show under London, and your own country is listed first when you browse.

New

Search the way you talk

Type “show me events in London for next week” — or free, under £20, this weekend.

Search understands place, dates, and price. Next week, this weekend, and “what’s on” all work. If a show has already finished, the listing is marked You missed this one instead of looking bookable.

New

Free walk-in music nights

List free events with no booking — grouped schedules and Add to Calendar on your own site.

Perfect for weekly live music or open-door nights. Mark an event as free with no booking required, group dates under one poster on your website embed, and let guests add individual nights to their calendar. Ticketed wine tastings and paid shows still appear alongside in the same feed.

New

Your website listing

Paste once on your site — published events, checkout, and Stripe badges update automatically.

Choose a one-column or two-column layout with an optional portrait poster per event. Guests can browse and buy on your site while UrNextEvent handles checkout, emails, and the door list. Includes live ticket counts and secure Stripe checkout messaging.

Stripe payouts to you

Ticket price hits your Stripe as soon as the guest pays. We keep the flat admin fee.

As soon as a buyer pays, the ticket price is transferred to your Stripe account and the platform admin fee stays with UrNextEvent. Connect your own Stripe and the bank payout follows Stripe’s usual schedule, or set up Express and bank payouts wait about 14 days from the purchase date. Partner venues can have the admin fee waived so guests pay your ticket price only.

Staff & performer passes

QR passes for crew and performers — separate from guest tickets and the guest door.

Add bar, door, and stage crew or singers and DJs. Each person gets a QR pass by email. Run a separate staff check-in link on show night, schedule rehearsals, and tick attendance — without selling extra tickets.

Guest list or QR at the door

Choose how guests are admitted — scan a QR code or check names on a list.

On-platform events can use QR scan (default) or guest-list mode where confirmation emails show the buyer's name instead of a code. Staff check-in works from any mobile browser — no specialist scanners.

Seating plans

General admission, auto-assign groups, or reserved row and seat picking.

From standing gigs to numbered theatre seats — one platform. Reserved events can send embed visitors to UrNextEvent to pick seats while everything else stays on your website listing.
